11. Shipping and Distribution
In Switzerland, we ship all products via Swiss Post immediately within 1-2 working days of your order. The estimated delivery time in Switzerland is 3 working days from the order date.
If you do not receive your delivery within 8 calendar days of the order date, you should immediately contact Biotinea GmbH via our website, after which we will further investigate your case and try to resolve the situation from our side. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of shipping, we always assume that you have received your shipment.
Delivery occurs as soon as the products have been transferred from our warehouse to shipping. At this point, you are solely responsible for having received the product.
A payment invoice may be sent to you due to missing payment. Therefore, this may occur even if you have not yet received the products. Such cases are entirely beyond our control.
Your goods can be paid for by credit card, TWINT, or invoice if you are approved for it.
Invoices are due for payment within 20 days of the invoice date. We therefore ask you to note the due date of each shipment and to pay within the agreed payment period.
In case of late payment, our financial partner will automatically initiate a reminder procedure with interest on arrears according to the regulations of the debt enforcement law. Reminders are imposed with a fee according to the standard of your country. The costs associated with collection are raised according to applicable law. We reserve the right to block further deliveries to you if we do not receive full and timely payment of the invoice including any penalty fees.
After the payment deadline, the customer automatically falls into arrears. Biotinea GmbH is entitled to charge reminder fees up to CHF 30.- per invoice; the outstanding invoice amount plus any reminder fees can be handed over for collection and transferred to Inkassolution GmbH.
