What is Tyrexin®?

Tyrexin® is a food supplement designed to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It does not replace meals but supports you in working towards your personal goals.

Since 2013 we have been continuously developing Tyrexin® and refining the formula. More than 60,000 customers in Switzerland already place their trust in Tyrexin®.

Is Tyrexin® a medicine?

No, Tyrexin® is not a medicine but a food supplement. It is not registered as a medicinal product in Switzerland and can be purchased without a prescription.

What is in Tyrexin®?

As a company, we are committed to transparency.

Tyrexin® contains more than 20 carefully selected natural ingredients. The main ingredients are listed on the product label. The full formula is proprietary and is not shared publicly. All ingredients are of natural origin. To the best of our knowledge, it does not contain ingredients known to trigger allergies.

Who is behind Tyrexin®?

Tyrexin® is developed and distributed by Swiss Nutri GmbH. We are a Swiss company focused on creating innovative food supplements that support a healthy lifestyle.

USE

How should I take Tyrexin®?

We recommend the following use: take Tyrexin® two to three times per day, one to two capsules before meals, with a large glass of water of at least 400 ml. Start with a lower intake of two to three capsules per day and adjust as needed.

How many capsules should I take per day?

The recommended daily amount is 2 to 6 capsules, divided into 2 to 3 intakes before meals. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of six capsules.

When should I take Tyrexin®?

Take Tyrexin® around 30 minutes before main meals. Many customers report that taking it before breakfast and lunch fits best into their daily routine.

Can I take Tyrexin® over the longer term?

Yes, Tyrexin® may be taken over a longer period. We have no indications that longer-term use is problematic. Many customers use Tyrexin® for several months. If you have concerns or pre-existing conditions, we recommend discussing this with your doctor.

How many capsules are in one pack?

One pack of Tyrexin® contains 60 capsules. With the recommended intake of four to six capsules per day, one pack lasts around two weeks.

RESULTS

When can I expect to see results?

Experiences vary from person to person and depend on several factors, including starting weight, metabolism, diet, activity level and how regularly you take the product. Every body reacts differently.

For best results, we recommend using Tyrexin® for at least eight to twelve weeks together with a balanced diet and regular physical activity.

What can I do to reach my goals?

For optimal results we recommend: taking Tyrexin® regularly, drinking enough water (at least two litres a day), following a balanced diet, including physical activity in your daily life and getting enough sleep. You can find further tips and strategies in our weight management blog.

DIET AND LIFESTYLE

Should I avoid certain foods?

For best results, we recommend limiting sugary drinks and foods, highly processed foods, excessive alcohol and high caffeine intake. A balanced diet supports your goals in the best way.

Do I need to reduce carbohydrates?

Reducing carbohydrate intake can be helpful, but it is not strictly necessary. We recommend moderately reducing refined carbohydrates such as white flour products and sugar, while keeping complex carbohydrates from whole grains, vegetables and pulses.

Do you have a BMI calculator on your website?

Yes, we offer a free BMI calculator on our website. It allows you to check quickly whether your weight lies within a generally healthy range.

SAFETY AND TOLERABILITY

Is Tyrexin® safe?

Tyrexin® is used according to the recommended instructions. Since 2013 more than 60,000 customers have purchased Tyrexin®.

All ingredients are natural and carefully selected, and production takes place in Switzerland under strict quality controls.

Does Tyrexin® have side effects?

We are not aware of any side effects. If you notice anything unusual, please contact your doctor.

Can I take Tyrexin® together with medicines?

If you take medicines regularly, we recommend talking to your doctor before using Tyrexin®.

Is Tyrexin® suitable for children?

No, Tyrexin® has been developed for adults from 18 years of age. We do not recommend its use in children or adolescents.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take Tyrexin®?

During pregnancy and breastfeeding we recommend speaking to your doctor or midwife before taking any food supplements.

Are there people who should not take Tyrexin®?

Tyrexin® is not suitable for people under 18 years of age or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have existing medical conditions or take medicines, please consult your doctor before use.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

How can I order Tyrexin®?

You can order Tyrexin® directly from our website tyrexin.ch. Simply place the product you want in the basket and follow the steps to complete your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), TWINT, invoice and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via encrypted connections.

Is payment secure?

Yes, all payments are handled via secure, encrypted connections. Your payment data is protected and not stored.

Can I order on account?

Yes, we offer purchase on account. You receive the invoice with your delivery and can pay comfortably after receiving the goods.

What happens if I cannot pay the invoice?

If you have payment difficulties, please contact our customer service at support@tyrexin.ch. We will work with you to find a solution.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How do you ship my order?

We ship all orders with Swiss Post Express. Orders received before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs CHF 4.95 for all orders within Switzerland.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 4.95. Our actual costs with Swiss Post Express are higher, and we cover the difference so that overall prices remain fair.

When will I receive my order?

We ship daily from our warehouse in Küssnacht am Rigi. Delivery with Swiss Post Express usually takes one to two working days.

If you do not receive your order within six working days, please contact our customer service at support@tyrexin.ch.

Do you also ship abroad?

No, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service at support@tyrexin.ch. We will check the status of your parcel and work towards a quick solution.

What happens if nobody is at home?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Post will leave a collection notice in your letterbox. You can then collect your parcel at the nearest post office or arrange a new delivery.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Can I return my order?

According to Swiss law (Article 40a of the Code of Obligations), food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene and health protection reasons.

We therefore cannot accept returns. This rule protects your safety and that of all customers. Further information is available on our right of withdrawal page.

What happens if my delivery is damaged?

If you receive a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately at support@tyrexin.ch and send us photos of the damage. We will send you a free replacement promptly.

What happens if the wrong product is delivered?

If you receive the wrong product or quantity, please contact us immediately at support@tyrexin.ch. We will correct the mistake and send you the correct product.

Can I order Tyrexin® by phone?
