Fast Delivery Throughout Switzerland

At Swiss Nutri, we understand that you want to receive your Tyrexin™ quickly. That's why we ship all orders the same day with Swiss Post Express, provided they are placed before 2:00 PM. You will typically receive your order within one to two business days – often even the next day.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not ship to addresses outside of Switzerland. This allows us to guarantee short delivery times and ship our products under optimal conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are CHF 4.95 per order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing immediately. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are packed and shipped the same day with Swiss Post Express. For orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays, shipping takes place the next business day.

Our average delivery times:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes one to two business days after shipping. Express delivery often means your order is with you the very next day.

Please note that these are guideline values. The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the delivery area and current postal workload.

Delivery Address and Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that your address information is complete and correct, including full name of recipient, street and house number, postal code and city. For business addresses, please include the company name and department if applicable. For apartment buildings, please add floor or additional instructions.

Swiss Post typically delivers your shipment directly to your door. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a pickup notification in your mailbox. You can then pick up your shipment at the nearest post office or arrange a new delivery online.

What to Do If You're Not Home?

If you know you won't be home at the usual delivery time, you have several options.

You can have your shipment delivered directly to a post office of your choice. Simply provide the address of the desired post office as your delivery address. Swiss Post offers parcel stations at many locations where you can pick up your shipment around the clock. You can also specify a neighbor or another person as a substitute recipient.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you as soon as we hand over the shipment to Swiss Post. This corresponds to the usual terms and conditions in mail order business.

If your shipment arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact us immediately at support@tyrexin.ch. Take photos of damaged packaging or products. We work closely with Swiss Post and will find a quick solution. In most cases, we can immediately send you a replacement in case of transport damage or loss.

Absence During Delivery

If you are not present during delivery and the shipment cannot be handed to a neighbor, it will be deposited for pickup at the nearest post office. You will receive a pickup notification in your mailbox with all necessary information.

Important: Uncollected shipments are returned to us after the pickup period set by the post office. In this case, please inform us if you were unable to pick up your shipment in time. We will gladly resend your order. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending.

Delivery to Parcel Stations and Post Offices

Would you prefer to pick up your order directly at a post office or parcel station? No problem! Simply provide the address of the desired pickup location as your delivery address. Make sure to provide your name correctly so the shipment can be assigned to you.
