8. Age restriction

The sale of our products is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you understand the intended use of the products as food supplements.

Section 3: Purchase and contractual terms

9. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By placing an order via the website, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

Swiss Nutri GmbH reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason.

10. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately during the checkout process. An invoice will be included with the order upon delivery and also sent via email.

11. Payment terms

Payment can be made using the following methods: TWINT, VISA, and MasterCard. We reserve the right to report any fraudulent orders to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Invoices are payable upon receipt. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees of CHF 15 to CHF 30 per reminder notice. Continued non-payment may result in the debt being transferred to a third-party collection agency.

12. Shipping and delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Estimated delivery time is typically 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation; however, this timeframe is non-binding and may be extended due to factors beyond our control.

Delays may occur due to production bottlenecks, stock shortages, holidays, supplier issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties. Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in non-delivery without a refund for shipping or reshipment costs.

13. Product availability and substitution policy

We reserve the right to replace any product with an equivalent product of equal or higher value in case of stock unavailability or supply issues.

14. Prohibition of resale

Customers may not resell or distribute our products without prior written consent. Pharmacies, retailers, and distributors interested in partnerships should contact us directly.

Section 5: Legal provisions

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Schwyz, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions state otherwise.

20. Intellectual property

All content on this website is the property of Swiss Nutri GmbH or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

21. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and similar circumstances.

22. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A valid provision reflecting the original intent will replace the invalid one.

23. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The version at the time of your order applies. Substantial changes will be communicated as necessary.

24. Language

The contract language is German. In case of discrepancies between translations, the German version prevails.

25. Customer feedback and data use

By submitting feedback, you grant Swiss Nutri GmbH the right to use it in marketing and communication channels, with or without anonymization as per your consent.

Return & Refund Policy — Tyrexin® (Swiss Nutri GmbH)

1. Overview & Purpose

This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund, the conditions under which refunds are considered, and the steps you must follow. This policy applies to all Tyrexin® products purchased from tyrexin.ch or other official Tyrexin® online channels.

2. No Standard Returns or Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Tyrexin® products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been completed, whether the product is opened or unopened.
This means:

• No returns for change of mind, satisfaction, or non-defective products.

• No exchanges are offered under any circumstances, including for sizes, flavours, products, replacements, or substitutions.

Under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. In addition, sealed food supplements are excluded from return for reasons of health protection and hygiene. This rule exists to protect your safety and the safety of all our customers.

3. Refunds — When They Are Available

Refunds are not available as a general practice.
However, refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• You received a wrong item (a different product than what was ordered), or

• You received a defective or damaged product.

Refunds in these situations are issued only after verification and approval by our support team.

Your statutory warranty rights for defective products (Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) remain unaffected by this policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund due to a defect or fulfilment error, you must:

1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number.

3. Describe the issue in detail and include clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

Order cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tyrexin.ch. A cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. As orders are usually dispatched on the same working day, this window is short. Orders that have already been dispatched can no longer be cancelled.

5. Refund Review & Decision

After you submit a refund request:

• Our team will review the evidence and respond within 3 business days.

• If approved, details of the refund process will be communicated to you.

• If rejected, we will explain the reason.

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

If a refund is authorised:

• Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Because standard returns and exchanges are not accepted:

• There are no automatic or standard return shipping labels provided.

• If a refund is authorised for a defective or incorrect item, we will clarify:

  • Whether the product must be returned, and

  • Who is responsible for any return shipping cost.

These are handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly in writing.
