Return & Refund Policy — Tyrexin® (Swiss Nutri GmbH)
1. Overview & Purpose
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund, the conditions under which refunds are considered, and the steps you must follow. This policy applies to all Tyrexin® products purchased from tyrexin.ch or other official Tyrexin® online channels.
2. No Standard Returns or Exchanges
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Tyrexin® products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been completed, whether the product is opened or unopened.
This means:
No returns for change of mind, satisfaction, or non-defective products.
No exchanges are offered under any circumstances, including for sizes, flavours, products, replacements, or substitutions.
3. Refunds — When They Are Available
Refunds are not available as a general practice.
However, refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
You received a wrong item (a different product than what was ordered), or
You received a defective or damaged product.
Refunds in these situations are issued only after verification and approval by our support team.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund due to a defect or fulfilment error, you must:
Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number.
Describe the issue in detail and include clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.
5. Refund Review & Decision
After you submit a refund request:
Our team will review the evidence and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, details of the refund process will be communicated to you.
If rejected, we will explain the reason.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
If a refund is authorised:
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Because standard returns and exchanges are not accepted:
There are no automatic or standard return shipping labels provided.
If a refund is authorised for a defective or incorrect item, we will clarify:
Whether the product must be returned, and
Who is responsible for any return shipping cost.
These are handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly in writing.
