11. Shipping and Distribution
In Switzerland, we ship all products by Swiss Post immediately within 1-2 business days after your order. The estimated delivery time in Switzerland is 3 business days from order.
If you do not receive your delivery within 8 calendar days from the order date, you should immediately contact Biotinea GmbH via our website, whereupon we will further investigate your case and try to resolve the situation from our side.
